We provide behavioral insight tools designed to help landlords, property managers, and tenants build stronger relationships through personalized onboarding, communication guidance, and decision-making frameworks.

Important Note: Our assessment tools are not tenant screening or qualification systems. They are designed to enhance communication and property management after tenancy approval.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or the purpose for which you’re using the assessment
Use our content or tools to screen, reject, or discriminate against prospective tenants
Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
Upload or transmit anything that contains viruses or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

4. Data Use & Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.
Tenants own their assessment data and can request its deletion.
Landlords must not use the assessment as a basis for tenant rejection.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and reports provided by us are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not use our branding, layouts, or content without written permission, except as provided for your personal or business use through the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our Services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and clarity, we do not guarantee that:

The platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted
Every assessment insight will predict future behavior
Using the platform will prevent all property or tenant issues

You use the platform at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProtectMyRentals/RentalOracle is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

Use or inability to use the platform
Decisions made using the assessment or onboarding insights
Delays or errors in data delivery

In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your access will end, but any rights and obligations that by their nature should survive (e.g., data rights, indemnity, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
